What is your Return Policy?

Before returning any items purchased please e-mail us at with order number and notification of the return. Items purchased from Tracey Mallett Fitness may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund and must include original receipt and be in original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns of any opened DVD's. Anti-piracy regulations and our own experience require this as product can be copied.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (with only a few exceptions for out-of-stock situations). Please allow at least 7-14 business days for delivery after shipment within the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada orders may take longer.
