“Initially, I felt overwhelmed with all of the change that needed to take place in order to look and feel fit again, but Tracey’s plan makes it easy,” she says. “What really helped was that the food plan is healthy and realistic, and most importantly, it’s maintainable for the long haul,” says Melanie. “For example, I love being able to eat unlimited veggies. I am truly never hungry.” Today, Melanie is back in her pre-pregnancy clothes, and her self-proclaimed “very stretchy” stomach is taut and firm. But even more important are the mental changes. Melanie no longer feels anxious or overwhelmed. “In fact, I feel stronger and more confident than ever.”

“Having been active and in shape most of my life, I found gaining weight during and after my two pregnancies depressing and hard to cope with. It didn’t help when my friends and family would brush off my weight concerns by saying, “You’re young. The weight will come off in no time! I still didn’t feel good about myself and didn’t like how I became totally inactive after being married and having two kids. All that changed once I started the Super Fit Mama® plan, in just about three weeks I saw big changes. I love that it’s a whole package deal, diet and exercise. You can’t work out and not eat right and vice versa. I’ve gone from eating one to two HUGE meals of high carbs and fat a day to eating small meals every three hours and more fresh vegetables. All my mommy friends want to know how I did it with two small babies and working. Of course, sticking to this plan wasn’t always easy. I admit that I thought about throwing in the towel a couple times, but I kept thinking about the big picture. Do I want to be healthier? Do I want to set a good example for my kids? Do I wanna look good in that darn bridesmaids dress? Yes, yes, and YES!! The determination has now paid off and I finally feel like me again. Thank you Tracey!”

i recently purchased the book super fit mama. it is great. but, i have a few questions:
1) i am only 5 weeks pregnant. so i am following the workout for the first trimester. it isnt’ clear which workouts you should do when.
there is circuit a, circuit b, circuit c, phase 1 lose your mommy tummy blast, and phase 1 mamma butt blast.
which workouts or combination of workouts should i be doing and how often? i need a recommended workout to know if i am overdoing it or not.
2) is there a dvd to follow? i’m not very motivated by trying to follow a workout along in a book. and, i’m constantly distracted by wondering if i am doing the exercise correctly or not. form and breathing is very important. you don’t get a clear understanding of that with the book.
i appreciate any answers to the above.
thank you,
andrea
