I don't know if you intend guys to work to your not, but since I did I wanted to say thanks. I follow workouts that are my cable system On-Demand feature, on Exercise TV. I was embarassed and didn't want to join a gym, but with the help of your Cardio Bootcamps and a refined diet I have lost over 90lbs or in your home tongue more than a couple stones. I'm attempting to lose another 35 pounds and I have the confidence that I'll reach my goal of 223 lbs, since I'm 6'5 I like that number of 125 off the books. Just thought I'd write and say thanks for helping me.

I would just like to say thanks to Tracey Mallett. I am a young mother of 2, less than a year and a half ago I weighed 200 pounds, I am only 5' 2" tall so you can imagine I was quite large. I started out doing my treadmill 30 minutes a day but quickly got bored with it. I discovered Tracey through Comcast on demand and soon made 3 of her workouts my daily routine. I just ordered 3 DVD's off of her website. I am now well on my way to my pre-pregnancy weight. I have lost 55 pounds and am still losing. I like her energy and variety. I look forward to achieving my goals with her workouts and I am excited to see she has a pregnancy workout as well because next time I have a child I want to not be afraid of getting out of shape again. If she has a fan club please foward this letter. I cannot thank her enough for making this weight loss fun.

Well rounded workout with great cardio. This tape is one of my favorites because it keeps your heart rate going, with bouts of higher intensity followed by a chance to catch your breath. The cardio-based moves will also tone your muscles, and light weights are used in the second routine. If you are an intermediate or advanced exerciser, you'd need to do all three routines together to get the feeling of a good, effective workout. Of course, 1 or 2 are still good for light days, or when you are pressed for time. Maybe it's not traditional boot camp, but I like the mix.

This workout is great and fun. I have started it 5 days ago and I am hooked. I can't wait to workout each day. Tracey makes you want to get fit.

I have many workout videos, but this is my favorite. I have tried yoga, sculpting, The Firm, Tae Bo and on and on. This is my favorite because there are sections for shorter workouts if I don't have much time. I find that I really get my heart pumping but am able to keep up throughout the workout. It is more of a total workout. For me, many workout videos are either hard to follow (moves that I still haven't figured out) or really build muscle and make me bulky instead of slim or are very boring and a chore to do. This video is fun, easy to follow, and a nice change of pace for all levels. I'm actually buying my second copy because my first VHS broke after much use!!!!

A great workout for those with limited workout time [and] space. It is the perfect workout for those that have limited space and do not belong to a gym. It was a tad difficult to follow at first but was easy to pickup the moves after a couple of viewings. I am up to doing the video three times a week and i see a massive difference in how i am. The instructor is very motivating and the workouts never get boring. I have been using the dvd for about two months now and i still look forward to putting it in.

I've been using this tape for about 3 months, in addition to other forms of working out. As someone who needs constant motivation to get out of bed and workout, I find I can always make time to squeeze in one of the 3 workout segments of this video. Each one is 12-15 minutes in length. Although this doesn't seem like much, the workouts are tough and you really end up feeling like you got a good workout. Plus, the fact that there are 3 different workouts keeps this video consistently in my workout rotation, and I still have not gotten bored with it, as I usually do with other workout videos. I consider myself to be quite athletic and in shape, and I still break a sweat. This video really works those problem butt and thigh areas, as well as the upper body. This video is also great if you have limited space, as I do. Tracey is great as an instructor, and keeps you motivated. Her style is spunky and her accent makes her fun to listen to. My only suggestion would be to try to stretch a little before and after each workout if you have time, as there is not much emphasis placed on this in the video. I highly recommend this video.
