| I have been doing home videos regularly and consistantly for 4 years. I am always excited to find something new that really works my whole body. Tracey Mallett's cardio intervals provide a great workout and combining it with strength training gives me the result of truly working everything and revving up my metabolism. I've been doing the workout for a little over a month and I can see my obliques are finally toning-up! Tracey's style is so encouraging and her workout is challenging. I have several of her other DVDs and this one is my favorite! |

| I will happily admit that I am not very co-oridinated - but I can keep up with this "back to basics" dvd. It is high energy & gets a sweat going - but not so complicated that I can't keep up. I enjoy Tracey's style - the workouts are fun and motivating. |

| I'd been trying to loose the post pregnancy weight with very little results until I found Tracey's Method show on Fit TV. This prompted me to get the bootcamp dvd. The first week I lost 4 Lbs.If you haven't exercised in a while it's a very intense workout combining cardio, strength training ( you need a set of 5lbs weights) and kickboxing with basketball and football drills, but if you stay consistant and don't expect to do it all at once you will see fast results. The DVD is actually split up in sections depending on how much time you can give to the workout each day but that also helps with determining your pace. The bonus Ab workout is awesome I lost the post baby bulge in a month!

| I love Burn It! and Firm It! I really like them. I then just got Cardio Fusion and love it. I really enjoy all the DVD's I've gotten of yours. I feel they are challenging and very motivating. The best part is the constant changing. Time really flies without really realizing it. We are contemplating have a fourth child and I am seriously considering getting your 3 in1 pregnancy video. Keep up the good work!!!!!!! |

| If you have ever done any of Tracey's Method workouts you know her style and can appreciate her energy. This is a great mix of kick boxing moves with light weight sections that will get your heart rate up and sweat pouring. This is broken up into 5 sections and you will know you did this workout the next day. The instruction in this workout is a lot better then the ones you will find in firm it and I think a much better program over all. There is some real challenging sections that will work you to the core. (the reason why Tracey has such amazing abs!)The best section in my opinion is the 10 minute ab section that uses pilates inspired moves. You will feel and see results after this section. Tracey is full of energy and this is a great workout to add to anyone's rotation to reach their weightloss goals.

| DESCRIPTION: A fast-paced interval workout that combines kickboxing and Pilates with calisthenics and traditional strength training. Never boring, Tracey Mallett makes the time fly with constantly challenging, constantly changing combos (no "repeat from the top" here). The unusual blend of styles and techniques also adds to the fun. You'll quickly move from a military drill to a Pilates balance routine, then on to a punch/kick cardio series and finish with squats and bicep curls (all remarkably natural and fluid). You'll end with a solid ab floorwork segment. Filmed outdoors. Requires 3 to 5 lb. dumbbells. ©2006. (55 min.). |

What is it?
A 45-minute boot camp style workout that includes fat burning exercises with some toning. There is also a 10-minute abdominal workout. Tracey Mallett instructs.
Who is it for?
Intermediate exercisers. This workout is intense, but not overwhelming. You will need light (3 to 5 pound) weights - they're more for increasing the calorie burn than they are for muscle building.
What to expect:
Tracey Mallett blends a variety of intense athletic styles - not just boot camp - in this intense cardio workout. You get traditional boxing moves, cardio kickboxing, drills, calisthenics and some light weight training. The routine is divided into seven different segments, with imposing names like "Drill Sergeant" and "Intense Body Burn." Don't worry - they will definitely make intermediate exercisers sweat buckets, but they won't pummel you into a complete pulp. Mallett is a friendly instructor whose approach is encouraging, not mean or tough. (Although you may want to toss a few words at the TV screen when she cheerfully says "No pain, no gain!" for the umpteenth time!) Mallett leaves no muscle group unworked during this routine. That includes the abs, if you opt to do the 10-minute, "bonus" abs segment. After this almost macho workout, it's a bit of a surprise to have Mallett include more graceful Pilates-based exercises in this workout, but it's a welcome one. If you're looking to burn calories without having to tackle a complicated dance routine, this DVD will do that for you... and then some. |
